My experience in the real estate profession began in 1997, when I became a licensed Sales Associate in Spokane, Washington. In 2001, I moved to McCall, and decided to further my career in real estate after learning McCall ranked top ten nationally as an area to invest in second homes.

I earned my Brokers License in 2005, completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, and later became certified as a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) through the National Association of Realtors. These designations allow me to stay up to date with the constantly changing real estate market. I have experience in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and new construction. Having built my own home, I am experienced in the process of building and the steps needed to make the project successful.
